Our vision is that the chaos in the environment is a reflection of the chaos in our invironment (our minds and our hearts). Therefore, it is our strong desire for our work to contribute to a more loving, functional society for all involved. We aim to realize this by contributing to the creation and reestablishment of a dynamic harmony:
• within oneself
• between people
• between man and their environment
Our mission
Our mission is to empower people in the context of this vision. Through providing co-funding and support, we stimulate grass roots initiatives that we think could contribute to a better-balanced society. We want to share knowledge in order to address those aspects that obstruct people’s growth, and create structures that empower them as well as us. They will learn to work from their own strength and continue to develop themselves and their environment in an integral and sustainable way.
Our method
The local economy is pivotal in our method. Through analyzing the dynamics in the community’s agricultural, industrial and service activities we try to pinpoint inefficient aspects within. For example, these could have to do with organizational structure, skills, management methods or corruption. By offering initial guidance and creating sustainable solutions together with the people involved, we hope to tackle these bottlenecks to decrease costs, increase production and raise profits. The profits will be used for two purposes:
• to provide the participants with a higher income
• to invest in and continuously support educational, healthcare or environmental purposes
In this way, a system will be created where local communities fund and run their own social systems in a sustainable context.
